Wedding Hair and Makeup Artist

My role is to make you look and feel beautiful on your wedding day.

Having a hair style which holds and make-up that lasts, is key in providing you with confidence and that "inner glow". My role as your wedding makeup artist will be to ensure your makeup enhances your natural beauty in the photographs but does not look "over done" - using only premium brand products including Bobbi Brown, Chanel, Laura Mercier, MAC, Bare Minerals, Armani and Dior.

Prior to the wedding day I will invite you to a trial in the privacy of my studio. We will discuss timings to create a smooth and relaxed schedule up to those final moments. As an experienced wedding makeup artist, I'll be able to identify a look that feels like a second skin. You may want to bring a mood book with you if you have created one for your wedding day, or any materials showing your colour theme, veil, hair accessories that will complete your look.

Once we have created your dream look I then take notes and photographs for my records. It is also a good opportunity for you to see how the makeup will look on camera on your wedding day. (Prices start from £45).

On the wedding day itself your hair and make up will typically take 2-3hrs to create. I will organise a schedule of timings, especially if you have larger groups, to ensure that the preparations run smoothly and are stress-free.

Some brides like their bridal makeup artist to stay until the reception to help with any touching up for wedding photos, or to apply a more glamorous evening makeup look. (POA)

For larger bridal parties, I can build a bespoke hair and makeup package to fit your needs. I have an additional hair technician and makeup assistant for these occasions (Prices start from £25)

My platt and low chignon hairstyle, seen here on a model at our last Chewton Glen Bridal Fashion show, has been commented on by a lot of brides I've met - everyone has loved it! It's a great fun hairstyle and works on long hair with a bit of body but hair pieces can create a similar effect.
